About The Position
As a Logistics Executive, you will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely movement of materials and finished products. Working closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams, you will help maintain efficient supply chain operations while supporting customer delivery commitments and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring timely and accurate product deliveries across multiple locations.
- Monitor inventory movement, shipment schedules, and logistics documentation to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, procurement, production, and transportation teams to support daily operations.
- Track shipment status, resolve logistics challenges, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures, safety regulations, and customer delivery requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management within manufacturing.
- Good understanding of inventory management, ERP systems, and logistics coordination processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
