2009
Founded in Palatine, Illinois (USA), to redefine high-end embedded electronics design and enterprise contract manufacturing.
2011
Expanded globally with Aimtron Electronics in Vadodara, India, strengthening the USA–India tech corridor.
2013
Established a dedicated engineering and sales center in Arizona to support North American defense and medical clients.
2017
Launched Aimtron Foundation to develop specialized technical skills and strengthen electronics education.
2020
Recognized with the “Business Excellence and Leadership Award” for operational resilience and agility.
2022
Expanded R&D in Ahmedabad and established a high-scale ESDM facility in Bengaluru.
2024
Listed Aimtron Electronics Limited on NSE India, strengthening the group's growth platform and market presence.
2025
Commenced operations in the USA through Aimtron Electronics LLC, Texas.
Surpassed ₹150+ Cr turnover milestone.
2025
Acquired International Control Services (ICS), expanding ODM and integrated manufacturing capabilities in the USA.
2025–26
Initiated development of Aimtron Mechatronics to strengthen box build, electromechanical assembly, and system integration capabilities.
