From a single initiative to a growing movement, our journey reflects the impact of education, industry engagement, and community support.
2017
Foundation Established
Established in Vadodara, Gujarat, with a vision to bridge the gap between academia and industry while empowering youth through education, skill development, training, and community initiatives.
2018
Launch of Internship & Skill Upgradation Programs
Launched its industry-focused internship and training initiatives to help students gain practical exposure and become job-ready. During the same period, the Foundation inaugurated its SPARK (Skill Upgradation Centre) program to strengthen industry-relevant technical skills among youth.
2019-2021
Expansion of Industry-Academia Engagement
The Foundation expanded industrial visits, technical workshops, webinars, and vocational training programs, creating greater exposure for students and young professionals. Its focus remained on preparing a project-ready workforce for the electronics and manufacturing industries.
2022
Expansion to the United States
Aimtron Foundation expanded its operations to the United States, extending its mission of youth empowerment, skill development, and community impact beyond India.
2024
The Foundation launched the Job Skill Ready Program, providing hands-on training to prepare youth for careers in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector. The first batch of trainees successfully completed the program and became industry-ready professionals.
2024
Aimtron Foundation strengthened its social impact through healthcare camps, blood donation drives, eye camps, vocational training programs, and women empowerment initiatives across communities in Gujarat.
2025
The Foundation expanded its presence with a new office in Vadodara and continued to scale programs focused on youth skilling, women empowerment, healthcare awareness, scholarships, and environmental sustainability.
A Message from Our Chairman
At a very young age, I learned the value of education, hard work, and community service. When I came to the U.S. more than 30 years ago, I knew I wanted to become an entrepreneur and I hope we can kindle that spark within the next generation through the Aimtron Foundation.
